We value your time, and we hope you value ours, so we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for a cancellation or appointment change.

Our SMS service will text you 48 hours prior to your appointment; this is a friendly reminder so please call for any changes. If cancellation/change or no show occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice, your booking deposit will not be refunded.
